About me

When you are navigating the postpartum season you deserve support from someone who genuinely understands what you are moving through. Not just professionally, but personally. My name is Bianca. I am a trained postpartum doula, herbalist, and mother based in Westchester County, NY. I came to doula work in response to the Black maternal health crisis because I believed mothers deserved more than they were typically being given. And when I became a mother myself in 2020 I understood that truth in a way no amount of training could have fully prepared me for. Our journey begins with a real conversation, not a checklist. Together we build a care plan shaped around your life, whether you need a few hours or ongoing support through the early weeks. When I show up, I am fully there, no rushing, no clock watching, just presence for the day you are actually having. As your confidence grows, I step back gently, always in your corner for as long as you need. If any of this resonated with you, I would love to connect and learn more about how I can support you during this tender season.

The Welcome Visit
The days immediately following birth are tender, overwhelming, and achingly beautiful all at once. Your body is healing, your baby is new to the world, and the questions come faster than anyone prepares you for. The Welcome Visit is a soft landing for that moment. The visit is offered within the first seven days of your baby’s arrival, in the comfort of your own home. For four hours I am fully present offering hand-on newborn care guidance, feeding and latch support, and a warm, unhurried check-in with you as a mother. There is no agenda beyond you and your baby. Just grounded, caring present during one of the most significant thresholds of your life. The Welcome Visit is a beautiful gift for a new mother and a gentle introduction to the kind of support that extended postpartum care can offer. Many families who begin here choose to continue with a Gentle Start, Deep Rest, or Full Season package WHAT'S INCLUDED: 4 hours of in-home support Newborn care guidance (diapering, bathing, dressing) Feeding & latch support General wellness check-in with mom Postpartum gift basket (Soft Earth Botanicals products) Resource list & referrals as needed

The Gentle Start
The early weeks of postpartum life are tender, surprising, and full. The Gentle Start is for the mother who has a support network around her and wants one intentional layer of it, for the second-time parent who knows exactly where the hard edges are, and for the family who wants to begin gently and see how it feels. We settle into a light, flexible rhythm together, and I follow your lead on what each visit needs to be, whether that is feeding support, a nap you can actually take, or simply company that does not ask anything of you. You do not have to be struggling to deserve this kind of care. 20 hours of daytime support; 5 visits (4 hour minimum per visit) Every visit includes: •Feeding & latch support •Babywearing assistance •Newborn care guidance •Bottle & pump parts cleaning/sanitizing •Light housekeeping & laundry

The Deep Rest
The Deep Rest is our most popular package, and for good reason. Forty hours of care, about two visits a week, is enough time for us to build a real relationship rather than a handful of visits. I learn your baby and your household. We move through the hardest stretch of the fourth trimester together, and each visit gets shaped around what you need that day, from lactation support to a warm meal to an afternoon of true rest while I tend to the baby. This is for the first-time parent finding her footing, for the mother recovering from a cesarean or a hard birth, and for anyone without family nearby who wants to feel genuinely and consistently. 40 hours; 10 visits (4 hours minimum visit) Every visit includes: •Feeding & latch support •Newborn care guidance •Babywearing assistance •Bottle & pump parts cleaning/sanitizing •Light housekeeping & laundry
