Hi there! I’m a postpartum doula supporting families through one of the most tender and transformative seasons of life. I provide in-home support designed to help you feel rested, grounded, and cared for as you transition into this new chapter. My services include newborn care (feeding support, soothing, and sleep rhythms), emotional support, and light household help such as meals, tidying, and laundry. I also offer both daytime and overnight care. Every family is different, so my approach is always personalized—meeting you exactly where you are and supporting you in the way that feels most helpful.
