My husband and I feel so incredibly grateful to have Theresa as our doula. It felt like perfect timing when we found her. Having a postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made. During such a vulnerable, emotional season, the support, reassurance, and care made all the difference. From helping with baby care to supporting me as a mom, I truly felt seen, heard, and cared for. Theresa went above and beyond by bringing nourishing meals and teas, offering lymphatic massages that truly helped with my recovery, and consistently checking in to make sure I was feeling good. She also helped with light housework, which allowed our home to still feel like home while adjusting to life with a newborn. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive with breastfeeding and all newborn things, helping answer all my questions! As a first-time mom, I don’t know how we would’ve navigated those early weeks without her.
