i'm trying to find a holistic practitioner in the area. i have several things i want to do different. i prefer as natural as possible
I need help during birth and after. I plan to give birth at the hospital, I dont know pricing so I dont know a budget that's realistic so im hope my insurance will cover or I can do a payment plan. I dont have a birth plan yet.
I will be under going a C Section so i would need help for first 2-3 weeks for recovery (help with cooking and cleaning) and i would need lactation specialist or someone who has experience with it to help guide me also someone who would be awesome being a patient advocate i had complications with my last two pregnancys
i plan on having an in-home postpartum doula for 6 weeks. just from around 11pm-5am.
