Hi! I'm a first time mom with Cigna, looking for a doula to help support me as a woman with several risk factors, like lichen sclerosis, advanced maternal age, and anxiety. I'd like a doula for prenatal consultation(s), labor support, and breastfeeding education/assistance. We'd like to cap out out-of-pocket budget around $1,000, if possible. We live in Jersey City and would like some local, with strong certifications and experience.

We’re looking for a dula to support before, during and post game pregnancy. We’ll be giving birth at the hospital, to be determined which one. We like in Jersey City. I’m not sure what the birth plan is yet, but I’d like to have someone to support me and my husband in making decisiones as we are in the process. We’d expect some One with at least 15 to 20 years of experience, if they speak Spanish this would be nice, but me and my husband speak English.

I’m not sure what my budget should be because I don’t know what Doulas go for. Once baby is born I’m hoping to breastfeed and want to give it my best shot.
