With my first baby I breastfed for two months and then milk stopped coming in and I was forced to switch to formula. I am also curious about doing a natural birth this time, I had an epidural last time and it was a mess.

Non-invasive- as natural as possible but with some modern accommodations such as alternative pain management, movement, etc. I ultimately have no idea what the right things are to do as this process continues but I feel my body will tell me what to do. I having my first baby. I plan to have an unmedicated, natural birth at Saint Peter's birth center in New Brunswick, NJ. I would love a doula to coach my husband to ensure he is part of the process as well. I would love a doula that brings helpful labor tools (TENS unit, birth ball etc). It would be a bonus if my doula could also photograph the moment.

I just moved to Stewartsville, NJ and I am a first time, soon to be mom. I am currently in the process of transferring obgyn and haven’t found a hospital yet. What I do know is, I want a unmedicated birth. I am looking for someone who could help me prepare myself for labor as well as postpartum recovery. I have years of experience with children of all ages so I am not too worried about daily newborn tasks. I am most concerned about my well being before and after birth. My husband also works nights so there is a possibility I may need some assistance at night if things aren’t going well but I obviously won’t know until we get to that point!
