Overnight baby nurse for a newborn in ocean county, nj
The doula must be certified through DONA International, ICEA or National Black Doula's Association as a doula. Must speak English. Must have at least 5-6 years experience. I need a Doula to help with the baby after birth, during the day for 3-4 days the beginning, help with washing the baby and changing diapers and then just at night to wash and feed the baby, rock the baby back to sleep or change diapers, etc as needed. My budget is max $2,500, I’d like to have someone for at least 2 weeks if not 3 weeks after birth, depending on their rate. Will be helpful if they also can help take out the garbage to the curb, since I hear babies go through diapers very quickly. (I also need help with feeding the cat, 1-2 times at night if he cries for food as well). This is my first child, so I may also need some training and advice on what to do.
I am expecting my second child in march and am looking for a night nanny to assist with newborn care 2-3 nights per week.

We are looking for overnight care for our four-week old baby while my wife recovers from surgery. We would need this two or three nights a week.
We’re looking for overnight newborn support so that my partner and I can get as much rest as possible while knowing our baby is in good hands. We’d like someone experienced with newborns who can work independently and handle overnight feeds, diaper changes, soothing, and settling the baby back to sleep without needing much direction. We’d also like them to track feeds, diapers, and sleep and give us an update on how the night went. I’d like to breastfeed and pump if possible, but am comfortable supplementing with formula as needed, so lactation support and guidance would be appreciated. If pumped breast milk is available, we’d prefer to use that for overnight feeds and have it warmed before feeding. Washing bottles and pump parts would also be helpful, but we don’t need other cleaning, cooking, laundry, or household tasks. We’re looking for someone experienced, patient, proactive, attentive to detail, and comfortable making appropriate judgment calls independently. We’d appreciate someone who can explain their approach and help us learn developmentally appropriate newborn routines without being overly rigid about sleep or schedules. We’re comfortable with the doula sleeping while the baby sleeps. Infant CPR and first aid certification and vaccinations are important to us. We’re also looking for someone who does not smoke or vape and is comfortable being fragrance-free while in our home. Our budget is up to $55/hour.

I'm currently exploring postpartum support to help me and my husband get settled in at home with our first baby. This might include lactation consulting, advice on newborn care, and light housework during birth recovery. Support with cooking postpartum meals would be a great bonus. We'd like someone with at least a bit of experience (1+ year/a handful of families) since we are brand new to this! I am estimating my budget to be $2000 but may update. Insurance is Cigna Open Access Plus.
