We are possibly looking for a certified and experienced postpartum doula to help us after the arrival of our newborn. Our main priority is finding someone who is experienced and comfortable providing overnight newborn care, including nighttime feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and helping establish a good sleep routine so the parents can get some rest. We would also appreciate light household help, such as tidying up after the baby and preparing or cooking simple meals for the family.

Someone who can be there for me throughout my pregnancy since it’s my first time everything is new and help me decide what’s best for me. I plan to give birth at a hospital.

I'm looking for someone to take the night shift with my newborn when he or she arrives. I have a 3-year-old who will be almost 4 when the new baby is born. As I was previously unable to breastfeed, I want the night nanny to feed the baby formula, change the baby, and handle the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. If there's an opportunity to establish a sleep schedule early and the night nurse can do that, even better. I'd like to have this service for 3 months. Our budget is $25k to $30k

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I’m hoping insurance will cover the costs. I’d like my birth to go as natural as possible although I’m not against the epidural if labor gets too intense. I would like guidance with birth preparation, comfort measures during labor, advocacy and communication with my medical team, and support for my partner’s involvement. I am also interested in postpartum support, including recovery, newborn adjustment, and resources to help ensure a positive birth and transition experience.

I plan to give birth at a civilian hospital and am looking for a TRICARE-authorized birth doula. My priority is finding a certified labor doula whose services are covered by TRICARE. I would like continuous emotional and physical support during labor, help with comfort measures and positioning, and support with communicating my birth preferences. I am open to a flexible birth plan and want someone experienced, supportive, and comfortable working with hospital births. I am looking for a provider with no out-of-pocket cost beyond what TRICARE allows.
