I am seeking emotional, physical, and informational support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. I would like guidance with birth preparation, comfort measures during labor, advocacy and communication with my medical team, and support for my partner’s involvement. I am also interested in postpartum support, including recovery, newborn adjustment, and resources to help ensure a positive birth and transition experience.

Doula for hospital birth at inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill. Would like to use FSA or insurance coverage to offset costs. Birth plan is minimal intervention, however due to health concerns (prior RPL, lupus, taking lovenox) may need to be induced at 39 weeks.

We are trying to find a doula who would be covered by Highmark BCBS especially to be there during labor and delivery to be an advocate for us at the hospital. We are giving birth at Christiana hospital in Wilmington, DE but we want to avoid a c section and epidural unless medically necessary
I plan to give birth in a hospital. I’m hoping insurance will cover the costs. I’d like my birth to go as natural as possible although I’m not against the epidural if labor gets too intense. Since my first caesarean, I feel as if I need a health-minded individual to literally protect me when I can’t think straight during labor. Thank you!
