I’m feeling a bit torn between wanting to stay mobile during labor and pushing in a position other than on my back, while also considering the possibility of an epidural. I’d love support understanding how those options can work together and what flexibility looks like in a hospital setting. I’m also looking for help with lactation and postpartum feeding. I want to breastfeed but am planning to combo feed, and I’d really appreciate guidance on how to do that in a way that supports my milk supply and feels manageable as a first-time mom. Overall, I’m hoping for someone who can educate me, help me feel confident in my choices, advocate for me during labor if needed, and support me both during birth and in the early postpartum period.

My goal is to have as natural of a labor and delivery as possible, using breathing techniques, movement, and positioning to manage pain.
