Estimated budget: We don’t yet have a fixed budget, but we are hoping for something in the lower-to-mid range (we would appreciate if you could tell us your typical fee range for your services). Our birth plan: This is our first baby. We’re looking for a doula to support us through the pregnancy, birth, and possibly some postpartum guidance. We’d love emotional support, help with birth-education, and guidance on what to expect during labor and delivery. I am planning to give birth at a Hospital, due to medical issues. I don currently have a birthplan.

Ive had 6 back surgeries and chronic pain, and will be unable to have an epidural. Im planning on natural childbirth with pain medicine up until a 6, and then nitrous after that. But im looking for someone to help me with pain management techniques and to coach me through the process. In wanting to do my best to avoid an emergency c-section. I dont have a birth plan, im planning to give birth at Integris Baptist. Dr. Mitchell West is my OB. They said they will have to take hin early due to my history of high BP and age (im 37). I currently dont have any idea how much a birth coach would cost, im trying to see how much it would be. I do have limited funds.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I am primarily looking for a doula to provide education to me and my husband and help advocate for a successful birth with only necessary interventions as they arise or as I request. I do not want to be in a birthing environment where I don’t understand the language or I am not familiar with optional vs required interventions from the medical team. I am searching for a birthing doula/ postpartum. I'll be giving birth at Sovah hospital in Danville VA. Im using medicaid. I want to labor at home until I get into active labor. I'd like to get an epidural but wait until 5 cm at least. I'd like to do as many movements as possible to help get baby into position vertically before epidural and after epidural I'd like to have help with different positions on a ball in bed. I want my husband there and to help with counter pressures and just to be with me. I'd like the lights to be dim and minimal interruptions and cervical checks. I need help finding others way of managing pain in case something goes wrong with epidural and i have to go naturally. Possibly some music but I may just put headphones in. When baby comes I want delayed cord clamping and after she can be wiped off but I'd like her back immediately for golden hour. I want to try to latch her as soon as possible.

1. Hospital 2. $3000 3. To be as comfortable & stress-free as possible. I do not like the idea of Pitocin and all kinds of medications that may affect my baby. I am not opposed to an epidural if pain is severe.

I plan on giving birth in a holistic birthing center. My budget is $1500 maximum. I plan to go the route of natural birth with minimal medical intervention, with the option only if medically necessary.
