I am hoping to give birth in a hospital and I would like to find a doula that accepts insurance. I am interested in having a natural birth with no induction. I am also open to having an epidural but I have 3 sisters who have all given birth naturally to all of their babies so I think I can do it too. I'm looking for additional support specifically at birth. My husband is very supportive but he also has some anxiety in medical situations and we both think it would be great to have an in-person doula for additional and experienced support.

This is my first pregnancy. I want to have all the tools necessary to manage pain at home as much as possible until I absolutely need to go to the hospital. I don't know enough about this part and need an expert who can know the signs and take charge when the time comes for delivery.
