Help understanding why breastfeeding hurts so much more with my second

I have a 4 month old who has always struggled to latch. My supply is really low but I would like to get her to start breastfeeding again. Currently she completely refuses. She used to nurse for a little bit every day

Looking for LC or IBLC that has experience/knowledge with shallow latch Baby is 8 weeks today. Spend first 2 weeks in NICU due to being born 5 weeks early and issues eating (had feeding tube and was bottle fed to monitor amount) baby does latch and wants to but it is genuinely painful and I end up with sore/cracked nipples because guys latch is shallow. I supplement with formula but it is now causing stomach issues that aren’t present when he drinks expressed milk Budget: TBD

Baby seems to have difficulty getting a deep latch and transferring milk. He tends to get frustrated whenever latching and will barely suck.

I am trying to get a proper latching. My daughter won't do a deep latch creating pain and discomfort.

Hi- I’m looking for support with breastfeeding my 5-day-old newborn. I’m trying to exclusively breastfeed, but he’s having significant difficulty at the breast. He frequently gulps air, becomes fussy and gassy during feeds, and sometimes cries with each feeding. I’m concerned he may not be transferring enough milk, and I’m unsure if my latch or his coordination is contributing. I’m also taking Zoloft (50mg during pregnancy and postpartum) and want to ensure that’s not affecting his feeding or my supply. I’m hoping for guidance on: • Improving latch and milk transfer • Reducing air swallowing and gas discomfort • Strategies for making feeds more comfortable and effective • Monitoring intake and ensuring adequate growth Thank you!

I plan to give birth in a hospital and I’m going natural for the first time. I’m not sure budget wise I’m in need to know prices. I really want to focus on natural birth.

My daughter had an upper lip tie released back in February. Her latch still looks incorrect & hurts a ton. She is hungry 24/7 and I believe it’s due to poor latch.

Looking for a certified doula who can help with prenatal planning for delivery, be present from start of delivery up until baby is able to successfully latch/initiate breastfeeding, advocate to medical professionals for me and baby, help avoid unnecessary medical intervention, be very well trained and experienced, able to help with placenta encapsulation, help with lactation support. Post partum support preferred but not needed.

We plan to give birth in hospital and we need a Doula helping us looking after the baby birth. Our budget is $30 perhour and we need about 4 hours in work per day for 3 months.

I am having a ton of issues getting him to latch deeply. He has also recently refused the bottle and my let down may/seems to be a lot for him. He takes in a ton of air when he eats.
