I plan to give birth at Sutter Davis Hopsital. I am going to use my insurance for care. My goal is a calm, physiologic, and low intervention water birth. I understand that circumstances can change, and the safety of Isabella and myself comes first. I would like to use the birthing tub and plan to have a water birth if I remain an appropriate candidate. Before entering the tub, I want freedom of movement and access to a birthing ball. I want to follow my body’s cues for positioning, including side-lying, hands-and-knees, swaying, standing, or other positions that feel natural. I would like to drink fluids during labor when medically appropriate. No routine IV unless medically necessary. Wireless monitoring is strongly preferred when fetal monitoring is necessary and available. I want to allow my body to birth Isabella naturally and push according to my body’s instincts and coaching from my doula. Immediate chest-to-chest skin-to-skin. Uninterrupted bonding time for as long as we are comfortable. Allow Isabella the opportunity to self-latch and initiate breastfeeding while chest-to-chest. Delay routine weighing, measurements, medications, and other nonurgent newborn care until after our bonding time. Delayed cord clamping until the cord has stopped pulsating and appears white, when medically appropriate. My goal is exclusive breastfeeding. Requirements would be that they are certified and covered by Tricare. My insurance is Tricare West Region. TRICARE covers up to six hours of visits by a certified labor doula. These hours can be split into 15-minute increments any way you’d like. You also get one untimed visit during birth.

First baby, want an easy labor vaginal birth with someone to advocate for me at the hospital. Night nanny who can help me breasteed the baby in the initial week is what I am looking for.

I plan to give birth at Kaiser South Sacramento via planned C-section because I am expecting twins. My care is covered by insurance. I am looking for a care provider who can assist with both myself and my twin babies. A Vietnamese-speaking provider would be a huge plus! Key duties for the babies include bathing, hygiene care, daily personal care, baby massage, and gentle sleep training. For the mother, I would like postpartum recovery support and mother massage.

Our second child is due in the first week of December 2026. It is going to be a scheduled C-section. Our first baby was born healthy, and we expect the same for our second baby. We are looking for a night nanny's support to take care of the baby during the first 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 7 nights a week. 8 hours a night. 1. I haven’t gotten a referral yet but I think I’ll go with El Camino in Mountain View 2. I’m looking for a doula that accepts tricare. I’m also open to paying out of pocket but tricare would be my first pick. 3. This is my second child and the labor with my first was under 4 hours. Birth plan this time would be to labor without an epidural. All other parts of my birth plan I’m open to suggestions. I’d like to labor at home if possible.
