About me

As a postpartum doula and nurse, I am passionate about supporting families through one of the most important transitions in life. I provide compassionate, judgment-free care to mothers, newborns, and families during the postpartum period by offering emotional support, newborn care education, feeding support, overnight assistance, and guidance as parents adjust to life with a new baby. With my nursing background, I am able to combine clinical knowledge with hands-on, personalized care to help families feel confident, rested, and supported. I strive to create a calm and comforting environment while helping parents navigate recovery, newborn routines, sleep, and the emotional changes that come with postpartum life. My goal is to make every family feel cared for, empowered, and never alone during their journey.

Service introduction

As a postpartum doula and nurse, I provide compassionate, hands-on support to help families feel more confident, rested, and cared for during the newborn and postpartum stage. I offer overnight and daytime support tailored to each family’s needs, including newborn care, feeding support, soothing techniques, establishing healthy sleep habits, and gentle sleep training guidance. My goal is to help create a calm and supported environment while parents recover and adjust to life with a new baby. In addition to newborn care, I also assist with light household tasks that help make daily life easier for families. This can include washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, tidying nursery areas, organizing baby supplies, meal prep support, and helping maintain a peaceful home environment so parents can focus on bonding and healing. I strive to provide judgment-free, personalized care that supports the entire family during this important transition.
