About me

Working with newborns has been one of the most meaningful and transformative parts of my life. As a Newborn Care Specialist and doula, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into families’ lives during one of their most tender and vulnerable seasons. My work is a blend of expertise, intuition, and genuine care—supporting parents while nurturing their little ones with patience, gentleness, and respect. Over the years, I’ve supported families through every kind of newborn experience: the sleepy, peaceful stretches; the unpredictable nights; the feeding challenges; the emotional highs and lows; and the beautiful moments of connection that make it all worthwhile. I’ve guided parents through establishing healthy routines, understanding newborn cues, navigating feeding choices, and building confidence in their own instincts. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care, but also in honoring each family’s unique rhythm and values. Whether I’m soothing a fussy baby, helping a parent master a swaddle, or simply offering a calm presence in the middle of the night, my goal is always the same—to create a sense of safety, support, and empowerment. Being invited into a family’s home during such an intimate time is something I never take lightly. Every newborn I’ve cared for has taught me something new, and every parent I’ve supported has reminded me of the strength and tenderness that define early parenthood. It’s a privilege to walk alongside families as they welcome new life, and it’s work I carry with deep gratitude.
