I’m Emilee, affectionately known as Nanny Emmy. I’m a career nanny with over thirty years of experience caring for children of all ages. For nearly the past decade, I’ve focused exclusively on newborn and postpartum care, supporting more than fifty families through one of the most important transitions of their lives. Working with families is not about showing up with a checklist. It is about walking into a home and immediately understanding what is needed. From the baby who is struggling to settle, to the parent running on empty, to the small details no one else has time to think about, I bring experience, confidence, and a listening ear. I provide a combination of newborn care and postpartum support, whether during the day, overnight, or both. My care is practical, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Whether I'm caring for your baby through the night, helping establish healthy sleep habits, or managing a few household tasks while you rest, my presence is intentional and my care is always tailored to your family’s needs. What sets me apart is not just experience. It is the ability to assess a situation, respond with purpose, and care for the family as a whole. I understand what recovery actually looks like. I understand what newborns need. And I know how to bring relief and routine into a home that feels stretched thin. My goal is to leave families feeling confident and capable without the guesswork. You already know you need the help. The next step is saying yes. Getting started is simple, and the support that follows brings real peace of mind.

Emilee has been a joy to work with! Her professionalism and warm spirit is greatly appreciated and much needed in this industry. Any family/household would be lucky to have her!

Hello! I'm Melinda, wife to Seth, and mother to Abigail, Luke, Keturah, Naomi, Isaac, Elijah, and Mattias. While my family lived in South Africa(2018-2019), I was blessed to become a certified doula through their WOMBS (women offering mothers birth support) program. Along with in-person classes, I experienced hands-on doula opportunities with laboring women in 2 different hospital locations in Johannesburg. I believe this experience opened my heart to truly seeing the importance of having a strong support system during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. Children are a blessing from the Lord and every mother deserves the best through her pregnancy/delivery. I personally have experienced 3 hospital births, 2 birth center deliveries, and 2 home births. I am here to support you and help you make the most memorable and peaceful birth possible. If you are pregnant and would like the support of a doula, please reach out to me. I would love to meet you and see if I am the right doula for you.

After scrolling for a doula, my husband pointed out that all Melindas kids have biblical names, and we contacted her right away. She was the only doula that got back to us in a timely manner, was very affordable, and has a sweet gentle spirit of the Lord. When it came time for me to deliver our babygirl, Melinda helped her come in one push! She lifted my leg up when I didnt have the strength because the contractions were so strong, and our baby came out seamlessly thanks to Melindas knowledge of getting me in the right position. Melinda being there felt closer than a mother with her soft voice and kind touch. I did not want a doula because I felt like it would be invasive, but after my birth center said its their policy to have a doula for first time births, my husband and I prayed that God would send us the perfect person knowing how I felt about it. God answered our prayed above and beyond with Melinda! I am so grateful she was there for me and my family. I would choose her 100 times over again. She is a friend for life and she has answered countless questions in our first 2 weeks as new parents, which is above and beyond her contractual agreement. That's the thing that was Melinda, is that being a Doula is beyond a contractual agreement for her, this is truly the desire of her heart and it shows up in her work. Thank you so much Melinda for being there for me when I needed it at the most. You are the reason my baby girl came into this world safely. God bless you.

I’m Carmen, a birth and postpartum doula living in Arlington, TX with my husband and two children. Birth work and bringing more compassion and humanity to maternity care in the U.S. has been a passion of mine since I first began my motherhood journey over ten years ago. Now more than ever, doulas play such a critical role in creating positive birth and postpartum outcomes for all birthing persons, where they feel empowered and fully supported in every birth scenario. I look forward to nurturing and supporting you throughout your birth and postpartum journey and beyond.

I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Carmen! Hiring her was hands down one of the best decisions I made. From pregnancy through postpartum, she cared for me in a way that felt both professional and deeply personal. During pregnancy, she checked in often, answered my questions with patience, and helped me feel calm and prepared instead of anxious and overwhelmed. During labor, she was steady, grounded, and completely tuned in to me. She basically took the lead on positioning me and guiding my movements in the hospital. She was constantly adjusting me into thoughtful, intentional positions that helped my labor progress and the nurses were following her suggestions. That gave me so much confidence. I didn’t have to think. I didn’t have to manage anything. I could just focus on resting and trusting the process because she was fully present and advocating for what my body needed!! And then postpartum… she didn’t disappear. She showed up. She nurtured. She cared. She even made the most amazing dinner for my family that we all enjoyed which, as a newly postpartum mom, felt like the biggest gift!! It wasn’t just about birth support. It was about being mothered while I was becoming a mother again. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, calm, non-judgmental, and truly in your corner no matter what your birth looks like she is that person. I felt safe and supported, and TRULY nurtured every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her!!!🤍

I'm Taylor, your dedicated birth and postpartum doula. As a native of Dallas, my life's journey has been a blend of enriching experiences and fulfilling adventures, all of which have guided me to my true calling—supporting new families during the prenatal & postpartum period. Right after college, I embarked on a transformative adventure to Thailand. Living and teaching in this beautiful country was an eye-opening experience that profoundly shaped my worldview. It was here that I found my inspiration to live freely, purposefully, and in service to others. In my everyday life, I love juicing and cooking. When I’m not assisting families, you can find me hiking the trails around Dallas, reading or traveling. I also cherish going to the movies. Pregnancy and postpartum are crucial for both the baby and the parents. As your birth/postpartum doula, my goal is to provide unwavering support, compassionate care, and practical guidance. Drawing from my holistic experiences and nurturing spirit, I am here to ensure that this transition is as smooth and joyful as possible for you and your family. I look forward to working with you and supporting your family during this precious time. Together, we can create a nurturing environment where both you and your baby can thrive.

Taylor was such a light during my journey as a first time mom. Her kindness and care for others radiates out of her. I found in her a place of support as we discussed everything from breastfeeding to the return of my cycles. We also trusted her with the care of our sweet baby, whom she tenderly watched over. We are so grateful for Taylor!

I’m Savannah, a certified birth doula, lactation support, and advocate for empowering birth experiences. My journey into birth work began with my own pregnancies. One that left me feeling unheard, and another that healed me and changed my perspective. After experiencing how crucial support, education, and advocacy are, I knew I wanted to help other women feel confident, informed, and supported during their births. Your Birth, Your Voice
! I believe birth should be a respected and personal experience. Too often, mothers are told what to do instead of being given the information to make their own decisions. That’s why I’m committed to: * Educating mothers about their choices * Offering unbiased, evidence-based support * Helping families navigate birth and postpartum with confidence You deserve to be heard, and your birth should reflect your voice. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, I’m here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

Because of Savannah, I had the birth I wanted to have. She listened and remembered everything I said, going into detail in our conversations with me, making sure I knew that I could make my birth beautiful. Being so supported leading up to my birth was essential. This translated into my natural delivery by giving me the confidence to listen to my body. She is so incredibly gifted, I cannot imagine giving birth without her there.

Hello! My name is Tab’itha, better known as Tabby, and I’m a passionate certified professional midwife currently residing in Mesquite, Texas. I was born and raised in the Stop 6 area of Fort Worth, TX, and I am a proud mother of three teenage girls. From a young age, I always wanted to be a "baby doctor." My grandmother would often say, "You will be a doctor, and your sister will be a lawyer." Although I encountered quite a few roadblocks and detours along the way, I eventually found my way back to what my grandmother had always believed in, but in a way that resonates with me even more—becoming a midwife. I later discovered that midwifery was in my blood; my great-grandmother was a trusted midwife in her small community in Mississippi, which further inspired my journey. I graduated from Southwest Tech with an associate degree in Health Science and Midwifery in December 2024 and passed my NARM exam in April 2025, becoming fully licensed as a midwife in Texas. I am currently finishing up my Bachelor’s in Nursing at Arizona College, further enhancing my skills and knowledge in healthcare. My journey into birth work began in 2018 when I trained as a birth doula through DONA. As a doula, I have attended over 150 in-hospital and out-of-hospital births. When COVID peaked, I was fortunate enough to continue support in the hospital. It was during this time that I realized I needed to acquire the education and skills to become a community midwife sooner than I had originally planned. During my schooling, I attended an additional 95 births and worked with several well-respected midwives and OB-GYNs in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, gaining invaluable experience. I have also acquired skills and experience as a bereavement and cesarean/VBAC support specialist, allowing me to provide comprehensive care to families during significant moments in their lives. I believe in the power of compassionate care and informed choices, striving to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients. My end goal is to become a certified nurse midwife and nurse practitioner, bringing holistic and woman-centered care to communities that lack representation, including the area where I grew up. As an avid homeschooler, I enjoy engaging with my daughters in their education while also finding joy in my hobbies such as sewing, crafts, hosting workshops for young girls, and assisting in the offices I hold in my church. My goal is to continue growing in my practice while providing exceptional care to those I serve.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my postpartum doula. Having her support during such a vulnerable and important time in my life was one of the best decisions I made for myself and my family. From the very beginning, she brought such a calm, caring, and reassuring presence into our home. She didn’t just help with the baby , she cared for me too. She made sure I was resting, eating, recovering, and feeling supported while I adjusted to life with a newborn. There were so many little things she noticed and took care of without me even having to ask, and that meant more than I can explain. As a new parent, there are moments when you question yourself or simply feel exhausted and overwhelmed. She was patient, knowledgeable, never judgmental, and always made me feel heard and reassured. I felt completely comfortable having her in our home and trusting her with my baby, which is something I don’t take lightly. What stood out most was how genuinely she cared. It never felt like she was simply doing a job. She became such a comforting and supportive part of our postpartum experience, and I will always be grateful for the care, kindness, and peace of mind she gave our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any expecting or new parents looking for postpartum support. Having the right person beside you during those first weeks can make such a difference, and I feel incredibly fortunate that we had her.

Monique provided wonderful support to me and my family. From the beginning, she was warm, respectful, attentive, and very professional. She listened carefully to our needs, explained everything with patience, and brought a sense of calm and confidence during an important time in our lives. Her experience with mothers and babies is evident in the thoughtful and gentle way she provides care. Monique is trustworthy, organized, and genuinely committed to the well-being of the entire family. I am very grateful for her support and would confidently recommend her to any mother or family looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care.
