Essential Doula Care

Initial Consultation (in-person or virtual) Ayurvedic Remedies for Common Challenges of Pregnancy* Find comfort in natural organic remedies to relieve many common pregnancy challenges: Morning sickness, Acid reflux/heartburn Constipation, Hemorrhoids Leg/muscle cramps, Sciatic/lower back pain Anemia Muscles cramps Pubic symphysis discomfort Pelvic floor discomfort and more! 24 hour on-call care Available day and night to answer your questions regarding challenges of pregnancy, discuss healthcare visits, help with labor and birth plan, etc. Around the clock labor and birth support Let me help you relax and labor in the comfort of your own home. When it's time to go to the birthing center, hospital or birthing tub, I will be with you every step of the way. Immediate breastfeeding support For up to two hours after baby arrives. One postpartum visit Within 42 days after baby arrives, let’s meet to discuss your birth, dote over your new little one as well as discuss options for additional support (breastfeeding support and resources, cloth diapering, newborn care, etc.).
