About me

I am a mother, wife and Army Veteran. I started this company to provide unique, personalized care for newborns, mothers and families. I began my career as a postpartum doula and newborn specialist in 2009, and have since learned a thing or two about navigating this season of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Over all, I have twenty years of experience in women’s health, postpartum mothers and newborn care. I am uniquely well-rounded as a certified Postpartum Doula, DONA & CAPPA trained in Birth, Newborn Care Specialist, Night Nanny, Texas Breastfeeding Educator, Community Childbirth Educator and Sleep Training and Multiples expertise. I embody a heart centered service. I have developed deep compassion for various perspectives through my world traveled experiences, and have cultivated an A+ rated postpartum wellness cooking. I am a total foodie who loves to cook, often challenging myself to create meals from around the globe. One of my super powers is going into a client’s kitchen and cooking things for them that they didn’t know that they had in their pantry, refrigerator or freezer and creating something unique and delicious. The time abroad living in Europe and Asia has made me the optimal support for international families. Making sure your family gets the support you need and can afford is important to me. Alongside my incredible team of newborn care specialists and doulas, I help families receive the support they need to thrive in their role as parents.
