Peace, Mama! I'm NeeNee, and it's my deepest pleasure to walk with you during this transformative time. I'm a holistic Doula, and my goal is to nurture your mind, body, and spirit throughout your pregnancy journey and beyond. With over eight years of experience supporting over 20 births, I blend expert knowledge in nutrition, baby care, lactation, and fertility with the wisdom of Ayurveda, energy healing, and spiritual guidance. As a mother of four, I bring lived experience to my practice, so I am well versed in all things baby! I truly believe a doula is pivotal for a positive birth experience, and I'm a strong advocate for informed consent for all birthing women. My main focus is ensuring you feel comfortable speaking up and advocating for yourself—ensuring you feel empowered and heard is of utmost importance to me. As a mother of 4 and having attended over 20 births, I am convinced that DOULAS are NECESSARY and PIVOTAL in having a positive birth experience overall. I love working with soon to be and new moms because it is sacred work and often overlooked by society. My purpose is always to bring the Sacred into all I do, and I would love to share that energy with you! I assist and support pregnant women who wish to plan a pregnancy journey in whatever manner they choose. Be that hospital, birthing center or home births, medicated or non. I can assist women from all backgrounds and offer resources/referrals for different needs during pregnancy. I also pride myself in my postpartum care, offering sacred and ancestral traditions that have been lost to us in the western world. Honoring motherhood in all stages and through all trials is my passion and purpose. It is my joy to serve our women this way.

My greatest pleasure is serving women after birth. My PP care is designed to help you come back into your body gently and with intention. It is my belief and scientific fact that women need REST for several weeks after birthing. I will pamper you with massage, delicious, nourishing foods, serious self care rituals complete with handmade goodies, and of course baby care and breastfeeding support during our time together. ​I also understand the importance of sibling bonding. My sibling support services aim to involve older and younger siblings in the new family dynamics. This is included in my visits if there are siblings in the home.
