About me

Hi, I'm Briauna! Birth doula, prenatal yoga instructor, energy worker, and mother. My role is not to tell you how to birth or who you should become. My role is to walk beside you, helping you cultivate trust in yourself, deepen your connection with your baby, and feel supported as you navigate the transition into motherhood. Moms rarely need more information. They need space. Space to slow down, to connect with themselves, to strengthen their relationship with their baby, and to feel seen, heard, and held. When a mother feels supported emotionally, physically, and mentally, she is better able to access her intuition, make decisions aligned with her values, and move through birth and motherhood with greater confidence and ease. This is why my approach centers on the connection between mind, body, and baby. Because when all three are nurtured together, the experience of becoming a mother can feel less overwhelming and more empowering.
