About Me I’m a mom with 12 years of experience caring for babies and young children, and I truly understand how meaningful and exhausting the postpartum season can be. I’ve worked at three daycares and have extensive hands-on experience caring for infants, including supporting their daily routines, feeding, soothing, and providing a safe, loving environment. As a CPR-certified caregiver and lactation specialist my priority is to help both baby and mom feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I provide patient, nurturing care tailored to each family’s unique needs and parenting style. Whether you need overnight support so you can get some much-needed rest, help settling your baby, boosting your milk supply or an extra set of caring hands during those early weeks, I’m here to make your transition into motherhood a little easier. I believe every new mom deserves support, reassurance, and the opportunity to rest. My goal is to give families peace of mind while providing their little one with the gentle, attentive care they deserve.

My Services As a postpartum doula, lactation consultant, and night nanny, I provide compassionate, hands-on support designed to help both baby and mom feel comfortable, rested, and cared for during the fourth trimester. My newborn care includes overnight support, bottle feeding, assistance with pumping routines, nursing tips and tricks, help you boost your milk supply, create herbal teas to help make your healing process smoother, diapering, burping, soothing, newborn comfort measures, light cleaning, light meal prepping, and helping establish gentle sleep rhythms. I work alongside your family to follow your preferred routines and parenting style while providing a safe, calm, and nurturing environment for your little one. I also believe that caring for mom is just as important as caring for baby. I offer supportive self-care services such as herbal baths and relaxing foot soaks to encourage rest, relaxation, and overall well-being during postpartum recovery. My goal is to give new moms the opportunity to get the rest they need while knowing their baby is receiving loving, attentive care. Whether you need overnight assistance, newborn support, or simply an extra set of caring hands, I’m here to help make your postpartum experience feel a little more peaceful and supported.
