What to expect

I’m a doula in training and the owner of Little Bloom Doula, offering compassionate birth and postpartum support to growing families. As I begin my journey in birth work, I’m focused on building meaningful experience while providing families with a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental presence. My services include emotional, physical, and informational support, comfort measures, and advocacy throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. What type of doula support do you offer?

I offer birth and postpartum doula support, including emotional, physical, and informational support. My postpartum services can include daytime and nighttime care for both mom and baby, newborn care support, feeding support, comfort measures, light household assistance, and helping families adjust during the early postpartum period.

What makes your approach different?

As someone who is newer to birth work and does not have children of my own, I approach each family with an open mind and without assuming that one birth or parenting experience is the “right” way. My support is grounded in my doula education, current evidence-based information, and a commitment to respecting each family’s individual choices and preferences. I’m here to provide support and information without judgment, while empowering you to make the decisions that feel right for your family.

Do you support home births, birth centers, and hospital births?

Yes! I’m open to supporting families in different birth settings and will work alongside your chosen healthcare team while respecting your preferences and birth plan.
