Home birth $8,000 budget Calm, peaceful home environment undisturbed physiological birth

I plan to do a home water birth. My budget is about $3,000 I want a Hipnobirthing doula. I am not pregnant yet. I’m doing my research.

I’m not sure where to start. I’d like a water birth or not a tradition lay down hooked up to machines

I would prefer to give birth in a birthing center. I plan to have a doula. I plan to have a natural unmedicated birth like my first birth 3 yrs ago. I would like delayed cord clamping.

For a midwife: I want my birth to be as natural as possible, no medical interference other than the fact that I want it to be in a hospital, just for my peace of mind. For a night nurse: I am just curious in looking at my options.
