Hi! I'm a first time mom with Cigna, looking for a doula to help support me as a woman with several risk factors, like lichen sclerosis, advanced maternal age, and anxiety. I'd like a doula for prenatal consultation(s), labor support, and breastfeeding education/assistance. We'd like to cap out out-of-pocket budget around $1,000, if possible.
