I am passionate about helping families learn about different ways they can help their little ones get a good nights sleep. I offer newborn sleep shaping for the 0-3 month age range and gentle sleep training for the 4 month to 2 year old age group.

I am truly so grateful for BrieAnn and her expertise! As a first time mom experiencing 4 month sleep regression I didn’t know where to start to help my little guy. I was doing a lot of guess work, experimenting and taking shots in the dark. Then if we did have a good night here and there I wasn’t sure what it was that contributed to the better sleep since I was trying so many different things. What I was looking for, and what BrieAnn was able to provide was a roadmap that will take us in the right direction. Now I can KNOW what is certainly going to help set my little guy up for success without wasting time guessing while also knowing which things were not helpful and contributing to poor sleep without me realizing it. I have so much relief now just having a plan and being able to have the confidence that I’m spending my time on what will work and help my baby sleep better in the long run. When we first connected with Brie Ann we were facing issues of our son not being able to fall asleep on his own. He was also waking up 2-5 times per night and needing Mom to rock him back to sleep. We reached out for assistance and were welcomed with open arms by Brie Ann who quickly put together a sleep training plan to address our needs. We jumped in feet first and got started with sleep training immediately. Our first night was rough during the initial lay down but once asleep he slept through the night. Every night after that has been seamless. He’s excited to start the new bed time routine and is able to put himself to sleep after being laid down fully awake. He is no longer waking up during the night and seems to be fully rested during the day! We are beyond impressed with his improvement after following our sleep plan provided by Brien Ann. The week of support is also much appreciated to have added reassurance and to ask questions as they arose. When we hired Brie Ann, our 15-week old baby girl would fight her naps and would only sleep on Mommy during the day. All those short naps turned bedtime into 1-2 hours of bouncing and rocking our exhausted, crying baby to sleep each night. After 2 months of this, we were desperate for help! Brie Ann was an answer to our prayers. She created a sleep plan specifically for our baby, coached us as we taught our daughter self-soothing skills, and supported us diligently with encouraging and prompt communication each step of the way. Now, our 4-month old wakes up singing, is happy and playful during the day, is napping 3-4 hours on her own, and goes to bed without a fight! What Brie Ann gave our family is nothing short of a miracle. Working with her was the best decision we could have made for our little girl and our family!

I never imagined I would need a sleep coach, but I felt like a zombie and couldn’t enjoy my wake time with my 9 month old baby. Thus I decided to seek out Brie Ann’s help. And helped she did! Wow!! We went from marathon bedtime sessions to getting my sweet baby to sleep in her own bed and for longer stretches for naps and night time. Both of us got better sleep and were happier for it! Brie Ann was extremely responsive to all of my questions and sleep set backs. I learned a lot from her, and I continue to apply that insight. It was well worth the money!!

Brie Ann has been wonderful to work with. She was especially helpful with the information regarding the 4 month sleep regression. My son was a very sleepy baby so we picked up some bad habits like feeding him to sleep. There were so many days I couldn't get him to nap because of this. Brie Ann gave me tools and information that helped me to break this habit. Now I can lay him down for naps drowsy but awake and within a couple minutes he is completely asleep. He also now will put himself back to sleep when he wakes up during a nap. Even during the sleep regression he is sleeping 5-6 hours at a time before he wakes up. It was also helpful learning about why the sleep regressions happen, and what I can do to help him sleep better during the regression. I definitely owe it to her for being able to get him down for naps and bedtime. I love getting time to myself during his naps and after he goes to bed, and I enjoy being a mom even more now that he sleeps!
