Hi! My name is Kristen and I am a pediatric sleep consultant. I support families of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers up to age 7. I help parents teach their little one the very important skill of how to fall asleep independently using gentle methods. I believe there isn't a one size fits all method. I customize individual sleep plans to meet the needs of the client and what feels comfortable for them. I am 100% virtual and can help support families via zoom, text, phone calls, and/or email. I have a true passion for helping families get the well rested sleep everyone in the household deserves.
