I am a compassionate and experienced nighttime doula and newborn care specialist with over 11 years of hands-on experience supporting families. My background includes both in-home overnight care and clinical experience in mother-baby units and pediatric emergency care, allowing me to provide attentive, safety-focused support. As a certified doula, I understand that postpartum care is not just about the baby — it’s about supporting the entire family during a very vulnerable and transformative time. I bring a calm, nurturing presence into the home, helping parents get the rest they need while ensuring their baby is cared for with patience and expertise. I also have personal experience as a mother of premature twins, which gives me a deeper understanding of the unique challenges families may face, especially with multiples. I am highly organized, observant, and proactive, and I pride myself on creating a peaceful overnight environment while keeping parents informed and reassured. My goal is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care so families can rest, recover, and feel confident during those early weeks with their newborn.

During overnight care, I provide full newborn support including feeding assistance (breastfeeding, bottle, or combination), burping, diapering, soothing, and safely settling baby back to sleep. I also assist with bringing baby to mom for feeds, helping with latch if needed, and handling resettling so you can get as much rest as possible. In addition, I take care of light baby-related tasks such as washing bottles or pump parts, organizing feeding supplies, and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment. I also offer emotional support and reassurance, helping you feel confident and cared for during this transition.
