Mainly looking for someone who would help with birth plan and help advocate during birth/ give me support in labor. I had preeclampsia with first baby and felt unsupported. I want to find someone me and my husband can build trust with and then have them assist us in the delivery room.

I plan to give birth in a hospital because I want access to medical care and support if it is needed. At the same time, I would like my birth experience to be calm, respectful, and as comfortable as possible. I am interested in creating a birth plan so I can communicate my preferences clearly, such as pain management options, who is present during labor, and how I would like to be supported emotionally. My plan is for a VBC but I do have a subchorionic hematoma and I am 24 weeks and at is currently breech so I’m not sure if it will happen for me. First time mom, have thyroid nodule from the past that has been in remission till now - 9 weeks pregnant - but want to give birth the most natural and non-medicated way as possible.
