I want to do water birth and a doula, but I’m having trouble finding facilities and a staff

We are planning to have a home (maybe a water) birth. Our budget is around 6,000-7,000. Our pregnancy will be at 9 weeks on Wednesday Feb. 4th. As it is our first pregnancy, we will be leaning on professionals for guidance. Possibly dealing with BV (have a history of that) and want to be seen for that before too long as we know it can cause complications if left untreated.

I am early on in navigating my first pregnancy. I will be giving birth at UMass Memorial in Worcester, but I live in Charlton, MA. I plan to birth in the hospital. This is my third vaginal birth. It is the first one I’ve had in the hospital though. The rest were home. I do not have a budget for a Doula. Baby born 37 + 3. Difficulty latching and minimal sucking seen/felt, quick to exhaust during feeding, no milk supply yet, difficulty hand expressing and pumping colostrum so far, concerns of baby not getting enough to eat and getting milk supply.
