* Planning to give birth at Legacy Meridian Hospital * Estimated budget: $3000 * Birth Plan: I’m looking for a kind, empathetic, and lighthearted care provider who communicates clearly and honestly. I’m detail-oriented and want to understand my options and feel empowered to make informed decisions without pressure. My priority is a healthy baby with the least pain possible, and I’m open to either a vaginal birth or planned C-section with strong support for early pain management. I also have a history of medical trauma, IBS, vaginismus, and emergency abdominal surgery, which can make pain and the thought of vaginal birth particularly anxiety-provoking. * Insurance Provider: PPO through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

The most important thing for us is finding someone we’re both comfortable with. He’s typically a good sleeper but the sleep regression has started so we’re looking for someone sooner than later. Thank you!

I am seeking a birth doula who specializes / has experience in fetal positioning. My first child was born occiput posterior with a complicated forceps delivery, so I’d like to work with someone who can help me through labor and hopefully get this baby in a better position for birth! I believe my baby is currently in the Right Occiput Posterior position which can be more difficult. I plan to give birth in Providence hospital and would like to labor at home/unmedicated for as long as I can before going in and likely getting an epidural.
