I am located in Jenkintown, and will give birth at Abington Hospital. I have had two low complication unmedicated births (7 and 5 now). Planning for a third and still have my birth plan but I am going to be 42 when I give birth this time. I am athletic and plan to exercise throughout my pregnancy and will be seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I would like a doula to educate me on best practices during labor and birth as well as be there to advocate for me during the birthing process. As of right now I believe that I would not like the cord clamped until it is white and no longer pulsing and also that I do not want to give birth lying on my back. Budget is $1500.

I am looking for extra in any support that I can at the moment I’m currently going through a divorce and my husband is not going to be a part of any of the process or the babies life.
