Carolyn was a pivotal person during our entire pregnancy and birthing experience. Carolyn was able to help me talk through a difficult experience with a care provider. Carolyn was able to provide with an open space for venting and helped to ultimately navigate away from a provider who was not the best fit for us. She was a calm force who was able to help us maintain our composure and think outside the box when our labor was not progressing. Carolyn was able to help us digest information about our birth and labor, so we could find our joy and love , even if the labor did not go as planned. I cannot begin to image our birth without Carolyn. We will be forever grateful and thankful for her helping us to bring our son into this world safely.

Working with Carolyn as our labor support doula was an amazing experience. Her knowledge, calmness and passion made us have an incredible journey. As a first time mother and also coming from another country the whole process was very overwhelming for me and my husband, but having Carolyn was a game changer she managed to navigate good communication with the providers and also advocate for all the things that were important for us. I feel like any pregnant person is lucky to have Carolyn in her birth team.

Carolyn was our doula during the birth of our son in October 2023. She was patient and affirming and helped us navigate through both the pre-natal and birthing process. During our pre-natal conversations she was always quick to offer emotional support alongside practical tips & suggestions. During a difficult 40+ hr labor, Carolyn demonstrated an innate ability to read the room, and provided suggestions to continue to feel in control laboring even after an epidural. She navigated a very difficult professional medical interaction when the anesthesiologists wouldn't let her into the OR during my wife's C-Section and as a result was able to be there by my wife's side in the OR when I went with our son to the NICU. Carolyn was a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult birth experience for us - we are so lucky to have had her on our team and will make sure she is with us for child number 2 as well.
