I've been teaching Evidence Based Birth for two years and I recently finished Midwifery school (to be licensed in 2026). I adore working with queer families, trans folks, and families who have used fertility support. My expertise spans home birth, birth centers, and hospital birth. Hi! I'm Natasha, a mother of 2 daughters and a birth doula serving the St. Louis, Missouri area and the Metro East area in Southern Illinois since 2021. I like to have a holistic approach to the pregnancy and birth experience. I like to focus on nutrition and positioning techniques during pregnancy to help minimize end-of-pregnancy concerns and labor challenges. My name is Shauna and I am a DONA International certified birth doula, as well as a Bradley Method® Provisional Affiliate Instructor located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago - Woodstock to be exact. It is my honor to support families that are giving birth in home, birth center and hospital settings. After working for five years in obstetrics and gynecology, I knew I wanted to be more involved in supporting women throughout their pregnancy and birth journeys.
