About me

I am a bilingual therapist (fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin). I work with those who are experiencing distress and/or emotional challenges in their lives, either due to a specific life change, incident or ongoing life issues. Today, you have chosen to be here and taken the first step to explore therapy. For some of you, this may feel a bit scary because you are not sure what this is about and how it works. Life is rarely without challenges. There are times when we need to seek out the right therapist who is dedicated to assist us in challenging moments. Your story matters, and I am here to listen to your story.
