With several years of experience working on a Mother-Baby unit in the hospital, I’ve had the joy of caring for countless families during one of life’s most beautiful transitions. I believe every mom deserves to feel nurtured, supported, and never alone during the postpartum period. My goal is to create a peaceful, judgment-free space where you can rest, heal, and soak in all the precious moments with your new baby while knowing someone is there to support you every step of the way. Whether I’m caring for your little one overnight so you can catch up on much-needed sleep, offering infant feeding support, helping with your recovery, or simply being a reassuring presence, I’m here to make those early weeks feel a little lighter and a lot more joyful. As both a healthcare professional and a mom myself, I understand how overwhelming—and incredibly special—this season can be. Overnight Support

🌙 Overnight Newborn Support Let me handle the night while you recharge. 🤍 My overnight support is designed to give new parents the peace of mind and uninterrupted rest they need during those early weeks with baby. ✨Pumping support ✨Newborn soothing & settling ✨ Helping baby transition back to sleep ✨Swaddling assistance ✨ Tracking feeds, diapers & sleep ✨ Washing bottles & pump parts ✨Baby laundry ✨Maintaining baby’s nighttime routine ✨ Morning update on baby’s overnight care 🤍

Birth Support

Initial consultation to discuss your birth preferences, needs, and expectations • 2 prenatal visits to prepare for labor, discuss comfort measures, and create your birth plan • On-call support beginning at 36 weeks • Phone/text support throughout pregnancy and early labor • Continuous labor and birth support • Comfort measures such as breathing techniques, positioning, movement, relaxation, and massage • Partner support and guidance throughout labor • Advocacy and informational support to help you feel confident making informed decisions • Immediate postpartum support after birth • Breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding support • Newborn care guidance • 2 postpartum follow-up visit to check in, answer questions, and provide additional support ( More hours can be requested under separate postpartum package)

I’m a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula 👩🏽‍🍼👶🏽👶🏼 With 5 years of experience as a Mother/Baby Patient Care Technician, I’m fully equipped to support and care for both you and your baby in the comfort of your home. I offer flexible postpartum care services with 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts available, along with affordable payment options to fit your family’s needs. Whether you need overnight support, newborn care, emotional support, recovery assistance, or simply an extra helping hand, I’m here for you during this special transition. 🤍 Consultations are available during pregnancy as well, so we can create a care plan and have services arranged before your little one arrives. ✨

Yes! I understand that postpartum support is an important investment. I offer structured weekly payment arrangements, and limited sliding-scale opportunities may be available depending on scheduling and availability. A booking deposit is required to reserve services and is applied toward your overall package.

When should I book postpartum support?

I recommend reaching out during your second or third trimester to ensure availability around your estimated due date. However, I also welcome last-minute inquiries and families who have already welcomed their little ones, depending on my current schedule.
