Hello everyone, my name is Charles Russ, and I'm a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula located in Duff, Tennessee, and being a father of six wonderful grown children myself I know the chaos of a delivery room and of pregnancy itself, and am always learning new tricks and ways to help during the the new parents through the initial childbirth and postpartum which often times can be overwhelming, I spend countless hours researching new methods or streamlining old, childbirth doesn't have to be chaotic, it can be calm and peaceful with an positive atmosphere, and positive affirmations, My practice tries to create a positive and judgement-free zone for all seeking informational and emotional support, In my spare time I do Living History teaching anyone whom will listen, trail walking my two doggos.
