My name is Crishawna, I was born and raised in Indiana I moved from Indiana in December 2023 to Knoxville to further expand my passion of being a birth and postpartum doula. I have supported 2 of my close friends with birth & delivery support & my other friend with postpartum support. I am here to support all families with their journey of welcoming the newest member to their family. My passion has always been to help and care for others. My goal as your doula is to be a support system, advocate, nurturer, and educator of all aspects of pregnancy, birth & beyond . I will be someone who serves you through pregnancy, labor and birth with physical, emotional and mental support. Can't wait to be apart of your journey!

Birth Doula

For services, I will provide a face to face prenatal visit to discuss any of your goals/options and prepare for birth. I will also provide in person, Phone, text & email support throughout pregnancy. Any referrals needed for community resources such as birth classes, yoga classes. On call services around the clock from 32 weeks until the birth of your baby.

Postpartum Doula

Services include: giving the family information and support on infant feedings and care for not only the mom but the baby as well. Emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. I will also support new parents with household work, cooking/preparing meals, and help incorporate older child/siblings into this new chapter of your lives.
