Hello all, my name is Charmaine and serve as your Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (specializing and prenatal and postpartum massage), Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Lactation Counselor. Here at Mama Me Time, we believe in providing our mothers with a full team of support from the minute they learn they’re pregnant. I am a wife, mother of two, and when I’m not advocating for birth rights, I enjoy loving on my family.

Labor Support Class

Learn valuable labor support techniques, safe stretches for moms, and hands-on demonstrations with our private Labor Support Class for mom and dad. You'll gain knowledge on how to push the baby out and receive all material needed. You will need pillows, a yoga mat and birth/yoga ball. Give us a call or text at 704-309-1269 to request a date or time that may not be visible on our booking site.
