Hello, my name is Jai and I look forward to supporting you on your birth journey. I am a good ol' fashion Renaissance Woman who specializes in all things natural. Whether is being a Doula, Herbalist, Yoga Teacher, Chef, Massage Therapist, Thai/Reiki Bodyworker, Fitness Teacher, Dance Teacher, Spiritual Divination Teacher, or Gardner I'm passionate about all aspects of wellness. I have 28 years of wholistic wellness health care experience. I combine ancient ancestral eastern practices to modern living for the betterment of your mental well-being. Nurturing your mental, physical, emotional, social, sexual and spiritual self-care on your birth journey is my primary focus. Please let me know how I may be of support on your journey.
