About me

Hi, I'm China (she/her)! I'm a sister, wife, and mother of one. My favorite things include exploring new cafes, cooking, and taking long walks when the weather's nice. Fall is my favorite season, and I'm always down for a pumpkin spice latte. I have a master's in education, and most of my professional experience has been working with youth of all ages. I became a doula because I want to support birthing people in feeling supported and heard. Especially when it comes to honoring their cultural traditions and preferences. Whether you're a first-time parent or a third-time parent, I want to be your guide through this transition. I had an unmedicated delivery in a hospital setting, and it was through my own doula's support and advocacy that I was able to achieve that experience for myself.
