I am planning on giving birth at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. This will be my first pregnancy so I’m uncertain about what to do, I haven’t created a birth plan yet. I would like an experienced doula to assist navigating me through my pregnancy and after.

Birth Location: I plan to give birth at a Kaiser Permanente hospital in Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. Estimated Budget: I am looking for a doula whose services are fully covered by my Kaiser insurance plan who also has TIN and NPI. Birth Plan: I intend to utilize standard labor and delivery care at a Kaiser facility, coordinating with my medical team and my doula for a supported birth experience.Provider Requirements: The provider must be a Tagalog-speaking doula with some experience, and they must be officially contracted with Kaiser Permanente to ensure my insurance covers the cost. There are no specific certification level or years of experience requirements.Care Recipients: Care will be focused on myself and my newborn baby, arriving around my estimated due date of December 7, 2026.Additional Duties: No additional duties are required (such as sleep training, cleaning, cooking, or laundry). The focus is entirely on standard birth and immediate postpartum doula support.

I plan to give birth at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach. I have United Healthcare insurance and would like to have the lowest budget possible. I want an epidural due to not good with pain. I want a vaginal birth only. I would like my doula to be experienced at least 5 years. I would like my doula to help me with sleep training, lactation, nutrition, etc.

at kaiser Permanente Riveride, i am planning on using my medical or my kaiser insurance i would like to have a smooth birth i do plan on getting the epidural but i have scoliosis and does not go well when the procedure is getting done, i would like to get help on information if i do not understand or if im out of it from medication

My wife and I are currently looking for a birth doula Our estimated due date is March 28, 2027, and we are planning to deliver at Hoag Hospital. We have Anthem Blue Cross insurance through LAUSD, and we are currently trying to confirm our doula benefits and which providers may be covered in-network. We also found that National Doula Network appears in-network under our Anthem plan. Could you please let us know whether you currently accept or bill Anthem Blue Cross, whether you work through National Doula Network or another insurance network, and whether your services for prenatal support, labor/birth support at Hoag, and postpartum care may be covered through insurance?
