About me

Shalom, my name is Christina Brown. I am a birth and postpartum doula. I live in Louisville Kentucky. I am passionate about all aspects of birth from beginning to end and everything in between. I am always excited to learn more and better ways to provide the best pre and post birth support. I have a background in health as a CNA with CPR certification for both adults and infants. I believe birth is one of the most beautiful events that can take place in a person’s life with the right support system. It’s my honor to support people from each and every culture and ethnicity. We’re all beautifully made and deserve equal love and compassion! In my personal time, I spend time with my husband and 5 month old son watching Bluey.

Service introduction

Birth support includes: vaginal, cesarean, VBAC, home birth, birth center, stillborn, preterm , and multiples. ** All births require the presence of a midwife and/or an OBGYN**

Birth Doula Package

4 prenatal visits (doctors visits can be included), 2 postpartum visits, 24/7 informational/emotional support, On-call at 38 weeks gestation, Creating a birth and/or postpartum plan, Unlimited physical/emotional labor support from start to finish, Up to 12 hours of post labor support (24 if complications arise), **Additional fees for travel past 50 miles or 45 minutes**

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes I do, however not all insurances cover doula services. Reach out to your insurance company to find if they cover doula services!

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and FSA/HSA** ***FSA/HSA may require you to provide and doctors note stating a medical need for doula services

Do you accept payments/payment plans?

Yea I do! There’re a variety of different payment plans available that are based on the person’s individual need. Final payment is due by 36 weeks gestation OR upon notification of the baby’s early arrival if doula services are still needed.

Do you give refunds?

Partial refunds can be given in certain medical circumstances that render doula services redundant.
