I am a pelvic health therapist in Stratford, CT. I help moms through pregnancy, birth prep, and everything after baby to support your health and your ability to do everything you want to do. I believe in a full body approach to pelvic health therapy to give you the best possible results. Truly understanding your goals allows me to create a customized plan just for you, because one size does not fit all! When I’m not treating clients, I am spending time with my husband and two pups Nala and Yoda - most likely out on the hiking trails.
