About me

Hi, I’m Christina! 🤍 I’m a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and Postpartum Doula with 8+ years of experience supporting newborns and families during one of the most important transitions of their lives. My approach is centered around creating a calm, nurturing environment where baby is cared for, parents feel supported, and the entire family has the opportunity to rest, recover, and grow into their new routine with confidence. As an NCS, I provide hands-on newborn care including feeding and bottle support, diapering, soothing, newborn routines, overnight care, baby laundry, nursery organization, and parent education. As a Postpartum Doula, I also provide compassionate support for the postpartum parent—offering practical assistance, emotional encouragement, feeding support within my scope, light meal preparation, newborn education, and guidance as families navigate those first weeks and months. I believe every family deserves a village, and when your village isn't immediately available, I'm here to help build one. My goal is not only to care for your baby, but to educate and empower you as parents, so you feel confident and supported long after our time together comes to an end.

Service introduction

My services are designed to provide non-medical newborn and postpartum support. I do not diagnose, treat medical conditions, administer medical care outside my qualifications, or replace your physician, midwife, pediatrician, lactation consultant, or other licensed healthcare professional. My role is to support your family, provide knowledgeable newborn care, educate and empower parents, and help create a calm and sustainable transition into life with your new baby. EVERY FAMILY DESERVES A VILLAGE. If your village isn't nearby, let me help you build one.
