Confident Arrival Birth & Postpartum Package

A supportive and educational package for parents who want to feel prepared, empowered, and confident through birth and early postpartum! The Confident Arrival package provides hands-on guidance, partner coaching, and practical strategies to navigate labor and newborn care — ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. Includes: Three (3) Prenatal visits (in-person, virtual, or hospital/birthing center tour) In-depth Birth Plan Preparation Four (4) Antepartum Support Hours Advanced Comfort Techniques & Partner Coaching 12 Postpartum hours (flexible day/night blocks) Essential Newborn & Safe Sleep Education Foundational Lactation & Feeding Guidance

Postpartum Power Hours

Postpartum support is available by the hour (min 2 hour blocks) or in discounted bundles.

$35 USD · Per hour

Night Nanny Newborn Care

I provide overnight newborn care so you can rest while baby is cared for.
Support can include:
Feeding and bottle support
Diaper changes, burping & soothing
Settling baby back to sleep
Newborn care and comfort
Washing bottles and light baby-related tidying
Scheduled in 8 hour shifts

What to expect

Hi and Welcome! My name is Chy, an independent birth & postpartum doula serving in the RDU area. I truly love supporting families as they prepare to welcome a new joy into their lives. I'm happy to provide evidence-based info, comfort, and reassurance in your birthing space, whether that is at home, a birthing center, or a local hospital. I'm especially skilled in supporting first-time parents to feel confident and informed throughout the journey. My main package includes both birth and postpartum support, as well as basic infant feeding, lactation support, and newborn care and education. I offer flexible monthly payment plans and accept HSA/FSA payments. In an effort to make care available for my community, I offer a sliding fee scale option as well.
