Cindy Setiadi

About me

I hold many roles in life: I’m a mom, a wife, a yoga teacher, a dog mom, and a doctorate student. I was born in Indonesia and moved to NYC when I was 17 years old. Life has brought me through so many transitions, and right now, I’m experiencing one of the biggest—becoming an ibu (Indonesian for mother). I’m currently taking a gap year from my doctorate studies to fully embrace this new chapter and care for our baby girl. When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me practicing yoga, exploring spirituality, getting lost in a good book, or discovering new restaurants and nature spots. I believe in slowing down, appreciating the present, and holding onto the little moments that make life special.
