Birth & Postpartum Doula
Shingle Springs, California
About me

Hi, I’m Tanya. I offer holistic conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum doula support rooted in embodiment, connection, and informed choice. My first birth, at home, was transformative. It opened my eyes to the power of personalized care and pushed me to dive fully into birthwork and serve other women and families seeking that meaningful support. My second birth was a powerful freebirth at home, surrounded by my closest friends and family. And still, I called in birthworkers to my side for that extra touch of support. The birth took me even deeper into surrender, into trust, into the raw connection between body, spirit, and baby. Now, as a mother of two, I’m here to offer grounded, compassionate support for your unique path, trusting your rhythms, honoring your choices, and reminding you that your inner knowing is worth being heard.
