Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center I want to wait until the umbilical cord turns white to cut it.
This is my first pregnancy and I am looking to work with someone who can help guide me through this experience. I am not usually well during emergency situations and could really benefit from support.
This is my second child after 14 years. I am starting all over and it will be my first time breastfeeding as well. I gave birth to my first daughter at the age of 14 years old. This birth and postpartum experience will be completely different. I plan to give birth at Holy Name in Teaneck, NJ. Interested if accepted by Medicaid. Also prefer someone that speaks English and Spanish.
I am giving birth at Columbia University Hospital. I would like to use my health insurance

I plan to give birth in Clara mass medical center I have Medicaid nj family care I don’t have a birth plan yet
Planning to give birth in a hospital setting but need a doula to help through the birthing process as this is our first child. Would like to have as natural of a birth as possible. No epidural or pain meds. I want to try to not give birth on my back and do what is natural for my body. Delayed cord clamping until cord is white. Unsure how much these services cost, but hoping to have insurance cover
Hospital, no birth plan yet, prenatal doula who can educate and also provide good mental and physical health. Massage therapist.
I want to labor privately at home. I’d love to incorporate water into my home birth but it’s not mandatory. What’s most important is my mental health staying calm and focused on my baby. This is my second birth. My son was born 10 years ago, and I carried out a natural labor with him with no complications 🤍 am interested in a midwife for communications via smartphone and labor/birthing help on that special day. Prenatal check up I will use my provider. In the event I must birth at the hospital, I’d like a doula to advocate for me my wants and needs. If I can find someone willing to assist the birth naturally at home then that would be ideal.

Hi, I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and located near Ridgefield, NJ. I have Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield — do you accept it directly or is it reimbursement? I’m looking for childbirth preparation support, including breathing techniques, exercises, and overall guidance for labor. Also, do you offer in-home sessions, or would I need to come to your location? Thank you!
I’d like to have an unmediated birth at NYC presbyterian hospital.

My name is Silmi Denayer, and I am planning to give birth at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ. I am hoping to have a natural birth and have been actively preparing my body by doing Pilates three times per week, walking every morning, and incorporating daily stretching. Through my husband’s company (ZS), we have access to Carrot Fertility benefits, and I am also covered under UMR health insurance. I am looking for a doula who can support a natural, calm, and well-prepared birth experience.
We are planning for a third pregnancy after a traumatic emergency slightly preterm induction due to severe pre-eclampsia in February 2022 and a really smooth induction at 37 weeks for controlled/mild pre-eclampsia in February 2024. Our February 2024 baby died from an undetected heart condition due to a completely random mutation in October 2024. I (mom) am late-diagnosed AuDHD. While I did not have a doula for my previous two high-risk pregnancies, I would like to have one this time around who will understand not only my sensory and communication needs as a neurodivergent mom, but also the trauma that my husband and I have surrounding our oldest child's birth and our second child's death. Due to the many high risks, I plan to give birth at Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ under the care of the same OB/GYN practice and Maternal Fetal Medicine group as my second pregnancy. Our budget may be flexible depending on when we actually get pregnant, if the doula needs to travel, and what experience and training the doula has regarding not only typical doula expertise but also in supporting neurodivergent parents and high-risk pregnancies. My best estimate is $1500-$3000, possibly more if we have any insurance coverage. My birth plan has a lot of contingencies for medical interventions because of my previous pregnancies. I am a biologist by training, and have done a lot of reading about preeclampsia and pregnancy. My main concerns for a doula's role in my labor experience would be helping to advocate for my sensory and communication needs. I need clear and detailed explanations of what is happening, time to process, the ability to adjust the sensory environment in my hospital room, and movement options. Main part of my birth plan: don't have a stroke or other severe effects of preeclampsia, don't get overstimulated or overwhelmed to the point of not being able to speak up for myself, and do everything we can to have a healthy baby.
