Hi, I’m going to be a first time mom! As I am super excited and starting to plan my near future, I am also trying to navigate how I want my birthing experience to go. I know that I would like to have a hospital birth, which I believe I have found the perfect hospital for me. As of right now I am still researching this and that. Meaning, there are so many different birthing experiences. I’m sure everyone has their dream ideal labor and delivery story to which some come true and some do not. I am fully aware anything can happen but before we go there, I do have an “ideal” way I’d like to see my labor going. I would very much prefer an unmedicated birth. My main goal is no epidural. I do have a few different reasons as to why I don’t want it, but that is something we can always get into later if you’d like! I should also mention again, this is my goal! If at any point I get to a point during labor where I absolutely want it or feel that I need it, if able to, I will change my mind. I also would love to stay away from Pitocin as long as possible as long as there are no complications etc. of course if the labor is getting dangerous for me or baby, I understand. I am also hoping as my doula (when we find each other!) you will help me understand more about these. As long as things go as planned, I plan on my mother and boyfriend being present during my labor and birth. I also hope I can add another amazing support person to the list! Someone that will 110% advocate for me if and when needed, and Someone that will keep me updated and educated! I hope to speak soon, thank you! |

Kiana is looking for Massage Therapist, Postpartum Doula, Nutritionist
|
Location: Ferguson, MO 63135, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: July 04, 2026
I’m having a natural home birth. The most important part of this experience for me during postpartum is my mental and spiritual health. Being able to get sleep and still eat healthy. So I might need help with the dishes occasionally and meal planning. I am not picky about age or certification I just want someone I can trust in someone who is passionate about their job. Someone I can trust with my baby in my household. This is my first time ever having a Doula so budget. I’m unsure on and I’m also flexible with. |

Due date or baby's birthday: June 15, 2026
Looking for a birth doula for additional support through unmedicated childbirth and possibly postpartum support and education. I’m giving birth at the Mercy Midwifery Birthing Center. I’m not sure about cost for Doula but my max would be $500 altogether. Right now I don’t have much of a birth plan aside from using laughing gas as pain management as needed. I don’t know what else I need to include or consider. |

Jamie is looking for Postpartum Doula, OB-GYN, Birth Doula
|
Location: Jonesboro, AR 72405, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: August 25, 2026
I am currently searching for a doula and am seeking as much support and guidance as possible during and after my pregnancy. I am due in August, and this will be my second child after a 13-year gap. I’ll be turning 35 this year and have been labeled as “high risk,” which has left me feeling overwhelmed, confused, and honestly terrified. Aside from my age, I have not been given a clear explanation as to why I am considered high risk. My original OB-GYN, who delivered my son, passed away shortly after his birth. Since then, I was assigned to another provider based on availability. Unfortunately, my current doctor no longer delivers babies. He reached out to colleagues on my behalf, but I was denied care and advised to seek a high-risk provider—without being given documentation, clear reasoning, or even a referral to a high-risk OB. At this point, I feel lost not only in finding appropriate medical care for myself and my baby, but also in understanding my pregnancy risks and options. I am seeking a doula who is committed to helping me navigate this journey—someone who can assist with locating reliable medical resources, provide support during delivery in a hospital setting. I am interested in a VBAC, and offer guidance and care postpartum. |
